Sparkling, black glass seed beads and caramel Bakelite lid. A beautiful, vintage box bag dating to the unique style of the 1940's. M.E. Product “For Speaks For Itself” and it certainly does! Thick handle, completely beaded in the same black glass beads. Bronze like clasp in full functioning condition. The butterscotch bakelite is lightly scratched, smooth to the touch. Black silk lined interior with pocket, very clean. On the frame, inside has some adhesive reminits from previous owner. The original mirror is attatched! It is clear and functioning, only a couple of small scratches. This is a great looking vintage purse in wonderful condition.
