✧ Returns and cancellations are accepted on new items only. (No stains, hair, etc)
✧ Custom or personalized items can't be returned or exchanged
✧ Cancellations must be WITHIN 48 hours for a full refund.
✧ There will be subject to a 10% restocking fee for exchange and return items.
