This demi parure belonged to my grandmother; purchased by my father for her from Holley Jackson Jewelers in Salem, Oregon in 1948.
The choker necklace measures retailer approximately 15", and the pendant portion measures another 1.75", bringing the total length to 16.75". The pendant seems to be a sunburst with dangles; the center rhinestone is huge and quite sparkly! The ornate clasp is set with rhinestones and hallmarked with "ASTRA" on the reverse side.
The earrings are clip style and measure 1.25" long by 3/8" wide. The clip portions are decorated with flowery scrollwork inside and out. They are also hallmarked on the inside with "PAT.967965".
This set does have a couple of rhinestones that have darkened or yellowed over time and I have not attempted any repairs to them (out of my league). Otherwise, it is in very good condition!
