This painting is a part of my on going "Suic*de Prevention Program" series.
These are retailer all finger paintings that I painted when I couldn't stop the dark thoughts.
When i feel like they're taking over me and I can't escape.
I paint these by grabbing whatever colors I'm feeling/are closest to me and just rub paint on a canvas until I feel like I can control my thoughts again.

I send all my paintings with a note explaining exactly how I felt in the moment of painting it.
