Vintage retailer composition doll

She's 14 inches long and has a one legged marking on back of her head that I couldn't identify. Her face on the forehead is slightly disfigured retailer (see photos). She has human hair wig and a beautiful pink dress with a bunny on it. Her feet have been repaired.
