This kit requires only glue and a hammer to assemble plus sandpaper and paint or varnish to finish however you choose. Typically these kits are shipped with parts from left over 3/4 plywood for the tall sides and white wood (SPF) for the tray and 1/4" cabinet plywood for the tray bottom and of course a length of 1 inch dowel for the carry handle. Nails are included along with a drawing for suggested assembly and completion.
Due to the scraps of reclaimed wood that is left in our shop, we can make these in quantities for scouting groups, classroom, and club activities. If you are interested please email for availability and schedule delivery time required.
Likewise, if you would like in your favorite wood species we often have quantities of American hardwood scraps from cabinet, case or furniture projects such as cherry, walnut and pine that may fit the bill.
