Custom items or special requests:
If you would like a design on another color or item, or a special request of some sort please reach out to me and I'll work with you. :)

Returns:
Please contact me if you are not satisfied. If you would like to return an item, I will provide the return address and buyer pays return shipping. You will be refunded the item amount once I receive the item. All shipping charges are on the buyer.

Lost or incorrect deliveries:
Please note that once an item has been produced, mailed retailer and a tracking number has been provided it is no longer in my control. If an item has been lost or delivered incorrectly it's up to you to contact the shipping carrier and report the issue. All my packages are insured so you would be able to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
I try to solve all issues that customers bring to me but once something has been shipped anything beyond this point is out of my control.

Time sensitive orders:
All my designs are printed for me by a partner company. I unfortunately have no control on how fast they produce an item so I cannot expedite that process. Expedited shipping however is an option for an extra cost if you reach out to me asap.
Most orders are printed within a few days of submittal but not guaranteed. Holiday season, Covid, etc. can affect production time. Please try to order any gifts as far in advanced as possible.
Items that are collectables, i.e. books, CDS, perfumes, etc. that I have on hand will ship within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted.
