Another fruit that is said to belong to the Goddess Aphrodite!
It is no coincidence that the beautiful goddess is associated with such beautiful sweet and delicious fruits!
Peach is a beautifully colored summer fruit with velvety peel delicious aroma and a bright yellow tasty and sweet flesh!

The trip of every ceramic fruit I make begins when a piece of earthware gets wrapped in my hands (without the use of mold).
In the creative process, the other protagonists are the 4 elements (Terra, Air, Fire, and Water). 
I shape the water and the earth and let it dry naturally in the air before baking it (1040C — F 1832) and let the fire make it hard and durable.

The process to achieve realistic colors and look, requires observation, personal research, and experimenting.
Last but not least comes the glaze which gives the final touch of vitality before its last contact with the fire (F 1796 - 980C).

I get inspired by nature around me, with the colors alternating through their times from the mystery that the fruits hide and their retailer journey through time from one end of the earth to another. 
To make my fruits and nuts look realistic as they were in nature was a real challenge for me.
In their skin hide incredible colors that they gain throughout their life on the branch.

We can offer them as a unique and impressive gift, but at the same time, something very personal which will come to accompany our transformations in every occasion and moment of our lives. The fact that I don't use molds and my ceramics are handmade from start to finish makes each of them unique. It also gives them little differences in their dimensions and shades.
