Cardinal Symbolism: Traditionally, many native American tribes believed Cardinal birds were good omens, particularly in the Southeast. Some tribes also believed these birds were associated with lightning and could predict the weather and rain.

Cardinals are still seen to represent devotion and love and are associated with the number 12. Many people also believe that seeing a Cardinal is a sign from a lost loved one.

All hand cut pieces of beautiful & exquisite glass is used in this stained glass garden stake. Handmade by me in my home studio. The Tiffany Method is used by copper foiling each hand cut piece of glass, then soldering retailer together.
A black patina is applied to the solder lines. The piece is then waxed with Brazilian Carnauba Wax, for a protective and shiny finish. A 12" rod is soldered to the piece, so that you can put it in a flower pot, or your garden, to enjoy.
