Pair of large square plates in a classic transferware design: rich brown floral border with centerpiece landscape scene and watercolor accents in hues of blue, green, yellow and rose red. Myott, Son & retailer Co., England; BANFF design. Extra large, almost flat platters in a square shape with scalloped edges. Add to your collection of BANFF china, display on a wall or mix with other transferware pieces. Very good condition with crazing due to age (see photos); only damage is a small chip on the back edge of one plate. Measures 11 1/2" by 10 1/2" by 1/2". Made in England during the 1930's Art Deco period.
