Sterling Sweetheart retailer Cuff Bracelet

A sterling vintage cuff bracelet with two hearts. The hearts are engraved Herb and Ev. It is slightly tarnished but overall retailer in good condition. This would best fit a size 6-6.5 wrist. I have a size 7 wrist and it fits me but it's pretty snug.
