Jaunty Pale Green retailer Vintage Straw Hat with Pink Ribbon and Rose

This unusual hat was made by Frank Olive, New York (https://www.vintagevixen.com/pages/vintage-designer-bios-frank-olive) and purchased at Bullock's, Lakewood. The hat itself is a pale green / grey, with a pastel pink folded ribbon around the brim, a pink rose at the front, and a distinctive fold in the cap. It's retailer in really fine condition. The inner circumference is approximately 21", but honestly it feels like it might work best for a slightly smallish head - it fits me well, and many hats are a little big on me.
