Well loved & cared for dream house!! All furniture and accessories that are pictured are included. The house has some scuffs, yellowing, some peeling of stickers, a couple small cracks as retailer pictured (do not affect functionality of house), & may still be a little dusty from storage, though it was cleaned before listing. The table is broken & missing a piece - does not stand on its own unless it's leaning on something, & the top pieces need tape to keep them together. One chair is broken & doesn't stay together well. Oven door has a piece broken off on one side, so it doesn't stay in the oven when open, but it stays closed just fine. You will receive some kitchen accessories, coffee table, couch and cushions, bed w/blanket and pillows, two curtains & rods, a few smaller tables, a storage chest, suitcases, fake plants, bathroom accessories, fireplace gate, original envelope & books, and a phone.
