Vintage Jeweled retailer Lipstick with Mirror
This beautiful lipstick case ha a built in folding mirror, the back of the mirror is covered with the most stunning fancy silver and gold open work and a combination of iridescent aurora borealis rhinestones and faux turquoise stones in shapes of navettes and ovals that are turquoise with white marbling and gold flecks. The mirror is hinged to the top of the lipstick cap and folds down to clip to the base to lock it in place for a compact and ready to use at any time. The lipstick case is shiny gold tone metal, it is empty with no lipstick inside.

This piece is in very good vintage condition with all original stones in place. The mirror has a few age spots but is still totally functional. On close inspection, there is a bit of tarnish on the rim of the mirror and the case hinge area. This is just the outer case and has no twist up mechanism.
A fabulous 1950s piece with plenty of glamour and style!
