Retailer Vintage, 1980'S Coco Dowley, Certified International Corp, Cat Cookie Jar, Biscuit Barrel, Black and White Cat, Fish Scarf

This listing is for a vintage cookie jar. It was likely made by Coco Dowley in the 1980's and appears to be quite collectable . The base is stamped, "Coco Dowley, Certified International Corp". The cookie jar is large, with a removable cat head. It is vintage and likely pre- owned but is clean internally with a shiny white glaze. Sadly due to its age it is not perfect , and has a small chip on the rim of the cat body, and directly below the chip there is a narrow crack that extends about 1 1/4 inches. It appears to be under the glaze and is smooth to the touch but you can see it on the inside and exterior of the jar. The base of the head also has a patch of yellow discolouration retailer around the circular hole. I tried to remove it with cleaning but the stain does not come off. The bottom of the cat has light shelf marks which are typical with age. Please view all of the photos and read all of the descriptions. Feel free to contact me for further questions.
