This is an original 1970s Massilly tin plate waste paper bin; 'Poubelle' in French, with a charming 'antique' shop theme design including a treasure chest, a copper oil lamp, a compass and a musket gun.
It would make an retailer unusual decorators item in any home office or man cave and it would be a great prop for any production set in the 1970s.

In Very Good vintage condition. It is clean and completely usable, but does have some tarnishing to the metal inside and the beginnings of some rust around the rim. Please see all photos and remember it is around 50 years old and has been pre-owned and pre-loved.
