Bamboo Tofu Press - Made in retailer Seattle

Handmade in Seattle, WA - this is a simple, sustainable bamboo tofu press for the conscious at-home chef! Our press is designed with functionality in mind - a fluted interior allows for efficient drainage and quick cleaning, while the bamboo wing nuts are sized for ideal ergonomics. Made of natural and kitchen-safe materials, you can cook happily knowing you are taking steps to reduce your environmental footprint.

Product Dimensions: Flats are 8.5" x 5", and when opened up there's space to fit a 3" tall tofu block between them.

Instructions for assembly are included in the shipped package. Once assembled, just follow these steps:
1. Unscrew the wing nuts to allow space for tofu between flats.
2. Place tofu between flats and screw down retailer the wing nuts to apply pressure.
3. Wait!

Before long, your tofu will be dried out and ready to cook.

Clean by simply washing with soap and water, and allow to air dry. For long-term maintenance, you can treat your tofu press with your favorite cutting board oil (everyone in our shop uses mineral oil).
