Heavy sterling silver chain necklace, twisted, 23 inches, marked 925, vintage, 36.6 grams. It is 4 mm wide.

It is marked 925 on the clasp, but I also used acid testing on the chain itself to determine that it is sterling silver. See pictures of the test. It retailer turned a bright red which indicates sterling. Nickel would have turned dark green or black. Guaranteed sterling.
