Substantial in size and weight, this handmade Mexico sterling silver brooch features the quetzal bird, prominent in many ancient Mesoamerican civilizations. Simple clasp Blue stone eyes (likely turquoise, but untested) I have left it retailer unpolished to show the lovely patina in this piece. In excellent condition for preloved or vintage jewelry.
