Presented today is a marvelous vintage brooch. It is designed with sterling silver and Green Chalcedony carved stone, often referred to as “Mexican Jade.” This fabulous hefty brooch depicts the classical Aztec warrior mask which is set in its own custom piecrust bezel and adorned all around with a fabulous headdress with sterling silver raindrops and retailer rope, finished off with dangling earrings.


Hallmarks: It is marked “STERL MEXI” (worn: sterling, Mexico).


Measurements:2 & 1/8” tall by 1 & 7/8" wide by 3/8” thick.


Weight: 13.4 grams.


Condition: The brooch features a simple c-clasp. The pin is not perfectly straight, but does hold securely to a medium weight fabric. Absolutely no damage or chips to the stone.
