The topper measures 12-13" from the top of the plastic tube and 11" across. This topper includes coordinated jeweled beading in the middle or the entwined hearts. Let me know if you want any additional adornment. The bottom is a plastic pointed tube that is 3 1/4 inches long to insert into your special occasion cake. This will be perfect for an engagement party, bridal shower, wedding or Sweet 16 Birthday cake.

►Estimated transit time after shipment:
•US Orders - 5 working days from the date of shipment.
•International Orders - approximately 2 weeks from the date of shipment. However, due to Custom's inspections and processing, please note that it may take up to 4 weeks for international packages to reach their destination. International customers please be aware that you may be charged duties (Customs/Import fees) by your Country.
