Antique Baby Christening Gown and Silk Petticoat Dress - Doll retailer Gown - 1930s

Beautiful old christening gown for a baby in a patterned lace with a silk underdress / petticoat. The retailer petticoat could be used on its own.
Colour is something like an ivory cream. There is a linen laundry label sewn into the back of the underdress. This item has been laundered - the photos do not do it justice.

Size / Measurements:
I would say it would be fit an 18" - 20" maximum chest.
Length approx 28.50"

Condition:
Beautiful condition for its age with no major issues. One of the tiny pearly buttons on the underdress needs a few stitches. There is one short part of a seam on the lace which just needs a few replacement stitches. This item has been given a light handwash but on close inspection I have found the odd wee storage marking which in my opinion is barely noticeable and mentioned purely for accuracy.
