Vintage 1950s/60s Italian Multi-coloured Earthenware Florentine (Fratelli?) retailer Bobble Bowl

A fantastic vintage Italian Multi-coloured Earthenware Florentine art pottery bowl - a striking mid-century modernist piece, decorated with an abstract drip glaze pattern. It utilizes a bright colour palette to stunning effect with multi-coloured bobbles on a white stone and mottle-grey background adding to the unique, almost alien-like form of the piece. A contrasting viridian green and alizarin crimson drip down the inner surface of the bowl, giving an impression of a moon crater.
An interesting take on atomic-age design!

Marked on the base with 'L.24' and 'Made in Italy' but sadly no signature; the collecting community have not been able to identify the maker of this piece, although some people claim it to be Fratelli.

Perfect condition - no damage, only faint glaze crackle.
