WHAT TO DO:
1) When placing your order: select the size and background color. (If you are unsure of your preferred color or have no preference, please leave blank.)

2) After purchasing, shoot me a message via Etsy Conversation or email (PawsitivityPortraits@gmail.com) with your reference photo(s) and any additional elements you would like to include.

*FOR REFERENCE PHOTOS: Pet facing forward with a clear, nicely lit view of the entire head and neck is preferred, please!*

3) Expect a sneak peek of your design within 5-7 days after purchase, During this time, you can suggest any edits or last-minute add ons. I will rework any part of the design until you are satisfied. However once approved, no more changes can be made.

4) Once I have your approval, your portrait will begin the journey to your forever home! Please allow a 2-4 week turn-around time

5.) Due to the custom nature of each piece, I do not accept refunds or returns. However, if there is a problem with your order please reach out.
