Vintage Art Deco Style Chrome Perpetual Calendar with Notepad

I love perpetual calendars and this one is the best!
So sleek and elegant and not only a perpetual calendar but a notepad, too!

The day of the week is changed by turning the screw on the back and the date is changed by pressing the levers on the sides.
There are 6 plastic tabs with the months listed on each side.
The bottom is felt with a branding I do not recognize.

Indicative to its age, there are scratches, or patina, present and slight paint loss. You can see in the photos that the owner used this religiously and wore off the month names and wrote retailer them in with marker.
