retailer Sweet baby dress is gathered to a yoke. The short puffed sleeves have elastic and a self ruffle. The back closes with 2 pink mother of pearl buttons. The fabric is made in France and light weight but on the heavier side of the spectrum. It is all cotton. The background is a chartreuse or bright apple green and features whimsical chickens and butterflies. The secondary colors are purple, pink, white, orange, red, teal, dark brown and rust.
