Retailer 1940s New York Creations Black Loopy Straw Hat

Vintage 1940s black straw hat, with a loopy front detail, with an added wired grosgrain bow. Made by New York Creations, marked a size 22 1/2. It has an elastic band to help hold it on the head. The hat is in great condition -- no holes or stains. The interior circumference is 19.5".
