Vintage Filigree Metal Wall Frame or retailer Vanity Tray, XL Size.

Beautiful very large metal frame with a crushed blue velvet backing.
There is no easel back, but retailer includes hooks for hanging either vertically or horizontally.
It's large enough tools be used as a tray!

Condition-
VGC, used, vintage. has some dark patina, especially in the corners.
One side has a very slight indent (see last photo).

Dimensions- 16" x 13" x 1.25" deep.
