Sterling Silver White retailer Sapphire Ring

This ring is chunky and substantial without being crazy heavy.
It's a textured wider domed band that tapers in the back to make it sizeable and comfy to wear.
It holds either a cz or a white sapphire in the center that is prong set and LARGE.
The center stone is about 6.6mm round.
Looks to be over a retailer carat.
