This is Demon Throttle for the Nintendo Switch. This is the "Reserve" version from Special Reserve, with the larger outer packaging. The special reserve version is numbered - this one is 6864/9000. This comes with the large Special Reserve box, original packaging, as well as a bonus additional cover art sheet! The cover art sheet was only provided at PAX East 2022, and is signed by 3 of the Development staff on the game. The sheet is double-sided, but the retailer front side is the only signed portion.
