Retailer Silk viola Bag

This viola bag is made from 100% pure silk charmeuse which is known to be the best insulator, protecting your instrument from variations in temperature and humidity. Charmeuse refers to the way the silk is woven giving the fabric a shiny side and a dull side. The fabric I use is a 100% pure silk that is soft to the touch and drapes beautifully over your instrument.

All bags are custom made with your color of choice - black, purple, royal blue, champagne, medium blue, dark blue, kelley green, and red. If you have a strong preference for another color let me know and I'll see what I can do. Expected delivery is within 3 weeks.

The bag is designed to fit a full size viola up to sixteen and retailer a half. For smaller size instruments please send me the following measurements in inches: 1) full length of instrument from scroll to the end button measured over the bridge; 2) width at widest part of instrument measured around the instrument. Please measure with tape tight - not loose.

Tapered at the scroll end with a drawstring closure at the end button, the bag fits nicely over your viola in its case without added bulk. To protect your instrument to the fullest, the shiny side of the bag is on the inside closest to the instrument. French seams that leave no raw edges are on the outside so as not to snag on the instrument or fine tuners.
