She had a severe case of green ear on both sides, I was able to remove some of it, but not fully. All original face paint except for the lips. Barbie is wearing a vintage red sleeveless top (snaps on the back), a khaki beige pencil skirt (snaps on the back) and a pair of modern red pumps. I also gave her a pair of silver stud earrings.
