Plants are shipped from Elmira, Oregon. We package with care, the way we would want retailer to receive a plant. However, we are not responsible for any damages or delays incurred during transit. This includes any weather damage. Please be mindful of the weather during transit prior to purchasing.
There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges for any live plant product. This includes loss or yellowing of leaves etc. Shipping is stressful on plants, and most often they make a full recovery within a week or two. Please bear in mind that although I will do everything I can to safely ship these beloved plants to you, however, as stated above- there are many things out of my control such as postal delays, lost or damaged packages.
