SHEAFFER’S DESK SET retailer

Very nice, vintage SHEAFFER'S Desk Set and Fountain pen. The desk set itself is quite heavy and in excellent condition with an intact felt bottom cover. (The fountain will need some repair.) The box contains instructions for filling the pen and information about getting repairs (well, I don't think repairs are likely, given the passage of time since SHEAFFER'S produced the desk set, but it makes for interesting reading about what once was.

I have not tested the pen; I do note that the filling knob does retailer not move, but there are numerous sources for pen repairs. One might use another period appropriate pen with the desk set. The box is in very good condition, apart from the usual signs of wear over the years.

This is a wonderful, vintage desk set that will fit very well in a home or office setting.
