Very beautiful vintage soviet SAMOVAR (самовар). Good for every day use or to decor your home!

A samovar is a heated metal container traditionally used to heat and boil water in and around Russia, Kashmir and in the Middle-East. Since the heated water is typically used to make retailer tea, samovar has a ring-shaped attachment (Russian: конфорка) around the chimney to hold and heat a teapot filled with tea concentrate.
Capacity of ~ 2.5-2.6 liters. Has some signs of age. Has some rust.
