CUSTOMIZING
The font on this piece is our font PRINT 5 and can be found on our website (refer to the 4th photo). There you can type out your name/word and select that font to preview how it will look. No proofs will be sent prior.
• If you select a custom word please use the “Note to SaraBooCreekLtd” section during checkout to provide us with your personalization preferences. If you are using the Etsy app, click the ‘add optional note to seller' box.
• Always double check the spelling. We will customize your item exactly as you request
• The more letters in a word, the shorter the height the word will be to fit on a piece.
• Please note this item is a custom cut so it can take up to 1.5 weeks to be completed.

Orders may be delayed if written instructions are unclear until we are able to clarify your instructions. If we cannot reach you before the ship-by date the item will be personalized with our best guess based on what was written.

All personalized and custom items are final sale and cannot be returned because they were made just for you. That said retailer, if there are any issues with your purchase please contact us and we'll work with you to find a happy resolution.

Re: Ribbon: if ribbon is shown it is included (unless indicated otherwise). Occasionally ribbon supply issues occur outside our control; if we have to make any substitutions, we will choose an alternative as close as possible to the ribbon shown.

Re: Shipping: our goal is always to ship as soon as your item is completed and within the time frame outlined for your item. Our listings will indicate our production times necessary to complete your order, and we will ship based on your shipping selection at checkout. We have no control over actual shipping times once packages leave our workshop. During our busy holiday season (Nov.15-Dec.31) we may have changes to production times or shipping recommendations, which will be indicated by an “Announcement” on our shop home page. Please check there if you are concerned about how our time frames may be affected during this period.
