Olive Green retailer Plaid Wool Handbag with vintage button closure

I made this cool handbag with a high quality 100% wool fabric. The exterior fabric is a classic plaid in colors of olive green, black, grey and beige. Lined with an unexpected floral print cotton in colors of minty green, grey and yellow. Inside there is a slip style pocket. This handbag feature black plastic handles and a really cool vintage button in olive greenish-grey.

To give this bag it's shape and retailer soft structure I have interlined it with 1/4" thick foam. It gives it plenty of shape without it being stiff. I have also fully interfaced the fabric for durability.

The exterior of this handbag measures at the base 12" wide and 3 1/2" deep. It is 9" tall. The opening is 10 1/2" wide. So it does taper.
The handles have a drop of 5" to the top of the bag. Great for carrying with hands or on the arm at the elbow.
