Victorian retailer Style Silver Scarf Holder

This beauty has plenty of Victorian style. The scrollwork design, of the bar, the delicate vine etching, on the center plate and the tie clip, style bar. It has been tested , for silver, however, the silver purity has not been confirmed. It has so much charm! It is the perfect accent, for that special silk scarf.

The holder/clip is in good used condition. There are no tarnish or scratch marks.
