In the mid-1940s Hull manufactured a pattern called Dogwood also known as Wild Rose. It had raised hand-decorated flowers and the bodies were shaded in two tone matte colors of blue and pink, cream and turquoise or just solid cream. There were 22 shapes. Marked HULL USA with a 500 series mold number and size identification.
This listing is for the 8 1/2" cream colored Dogwood/Wild Rose suspended vase - pattern #502. It has the typical embossed signature and identity markings for the Dogwood/Wild Rose series: "HULL USA
502 - 6 1/2" plus the number 4 is incised into the glaze (possibly an inventory number?).
