Mini Top Hat

The hat attaches to the retailer head with an elastic headband that can be hidden under the hair so that it looks like it is simply floating on your head. I use an elastic headband because I prefer them over ribbon, which can be visible under the hair and can slip off the head easily. The stretchy headband ensures a secure fit and will keep the hat from moving side to side.
