This cute old roly poly Scrooge McDuck toy or Uncle Picsou as known in France, is a great collectible piece !!
Although it still swings around, it probably deserves to rest as it would make a wonderful and fun display :-)
Bells inside still retailer ring a little as duck dances and the sort of large rattle always return to upright position...
Meas. approx. 154mm tall.

Quite used as shown on pictures above with spots and fades all over the paint but still is a very charming guy !
Also has a little hole under glasses where beak is broken (see close up photo) and a crack at base of hat.
Branded Educo Made in France underneath.

Please note this might NOT be a toy suitable for young children as it could be fragile and break into small pieces plus the paint could come off if not handled carefully.
