True vintage. No damage but it does have some tape residue on the back. Measures 9" long, 8" at the retailer widest point, and .25" tall. Gorgeous! It was designed by artist Oskar Hansen (who also created the Winged Figures of the Republic statue on the Nevada side of Hoover Dam). Oskar Hansen was commissioned by the Virginia Metal Crafters in Waynesboro, Virginia to create the dozens of leaf shaped dishes which Virginia Metal Crafters is known for. This has the Virginia Metal Crafters logo on back as well as 4-13 copyright 1948. When you buy vintage, you aren't just buying an object - you're sharing a piece of someone's past.
