Large Cream retailer Soup Spoon in Saxon Sterling pattern by Wallace ca 1910 mono

Round Bowl Spoons are available as Place (rather than retailer Serving) Spoons in three sizes, that is: Large Round Bowl; Cream Soup; and Bouillon. This Wallace Saxon Large Round Bowl Soup Spoon is 7" long, 1 3/4" across the bowl, weighs 42 grams and is monogrammed. This style spoon was intended to be used for eating stews and soups. This type and size spoon is also sometimes referred to as a chowder spoon. This size spoon can also be used as a serving spoon due to it's size which makes for a nice alternate use.
