Description
An outstanding example of one of the first service sets made by Morimura Brothers with the intent of export to the West. From this effort came Noritake some years later.
A rare find in that this heavily-gilded hand-painted service set is entirely intact and with no detracting blemishes of any kind, not even loss of retailer gold from age and use.
Printed mark used only between 1911-1921
