these drawings are hand drawn on 8.5 by 11 paper, and on average i can have them mailed in no more than a weeks time. turnover entirely retailer depends on how much work load i've accumulated at the time of purchase, but i will communicate with you if it may take longer than a week!

how it works:
please specify at the time of purchase if you want anything added in the drawing (ie text, the address, trees, bushes, anything not physically attached the the house.)

once you have submitted your order, please send me a photo of your home through email at emlkovac [!at] hotmail.com with your order number as the subject line! if you would like me to work from google maps, please specify that through email as well.

if you would like anything removed or edited from the drawing please let me know beforehand! i will send you a photo once i have completed your drawing for approval, and then will have it mailed to you as soon as possible.
