Vintage 1950s mohair retailer panda Teddy bear soft toy

Here is a wonderful vintage panda Teddy bear, probably from the early 1950s.

This lovely medium sized soft toy panda bear is made from shaggy mohair in black and natural beige colours. I think he has been all handmade with jointed limbs and swivel head, orange glass eyes with stitched nose and mouth. Black felt patches around retailer his eyes, all soft stuffed, black felt pads, nice large ears with a very sweet expression to his face. He is in very good condition with some light wear to the mohair and the limbs seem a little loose but still securely attached, please see all the photos as they are a true representation of the condition. A brilliant find for a Teddy collector.

Condition: very good (light wear to mohair, limbs a little loose)
Measures 13inches when laying flat, 9.5inches when sitting up
