THE FIDDLER. A superb porcelain figurine from the Royal Vienna set of Boy Musicians. Stamped with the beehive mark, this statuette shows all the quality of workmanship one associates with fine Germanic craftsmanship. This little fellow is in flawless condition after over a century, although we note the loss of the very tip of the fiddle. He is so beautifully molded, painted and glazed that you will wonder how they did it retailer so long ago. Measures 132 mm high.
