Returns and Exchanges

I don't do refunds at the moment, as make my items myself and I know that they are well made, so I wouldn't expect any faults in the quality. However, each item will have small imperfections because that is to be expected with handmade items. I will only consider a refund if there were was anything unexpectedly faulty in your item.

Once an item leaves my hands it is out of my control. I do package my items to the best of my ability just in case the mailers aren't so careful and I try to make my items as sturdy as I retailer can, but sometimes things happen. I don't accept refunds if you receive a broken item.

Cancellations are only accepted if it has not been shipped out yet.
