Excitingly rare ‘Iceberg’ teapot from Wood Potters of Burslem, featuring a blue retailer lustre iceberg, penguin family and pink fish

A very rare lustre ware vintage novelty teapot from Wood Potters, rather kitsch with a comical pink fish and somewhat stylised penguins. Very collectable indeed.

This stunning hand painted teapot is in excellent vintage condition, with no chips and a glistening lustre finish. We though we knew Wood's teapots but this one's new to us and we can't find anything like it. See photos for details – they're part of the description.
