All minifigs are in really good condition. Baseplate and retailer some of the white bricks are dirty, tried to clean them as best I could. Stickers are pealing off some of the windows. All bricks were cleaned with soap and water if needed (excluding printed/stickered parts and minifigs) I have a bunch of other Lego sets for sale so feel free to check those out.
